Horizon City Deck & Fence was founded in 2020 by people with deep roots in the El Paso region. We started because we saw a real need: Horizon City was growing fast, new subdivisions kept going up along US-62, and most of those homes came with a blank backyard and nothing else. Families needed a local deck builder who actually understood the area - the caliche soil, the intense summer heat, the spring windstorms, and what outdoor living really looks like out here.
We are a small, locally owned operation - not a franchise, not a regional chain. Every project we take on is permitted through the appropriate local building department, inspected, and built to last in this climate.
We have built custom decks, installed composite and Trex surfaces, put up wood and vinyl fences, and added covered patios, pergolas, and screened porches for homeowners across 12 communities in the El Paso region.
